Spence Huffstetler

Spence has held sales, supply chain, and operations leadership roles in the electronics industry with multiple companies across the supply chain spectrum. He originally cut his teeth in purchasing at IBM, learned to manage materials as an analyst at Solectron, and dove into sales at franchised distributor Insight Electronics. Spence’s degree in Operations Management and extensive supply chain background provide a unique understanding of the challenges our customers face while being able to effectively integrate Spectrum Sourcing’s services.
Spence is an instrument certified pilot and enjoys time with family and friends, painting the live oaks and marsh of the South Carolina and Georgia low country, immersing in the next spy thriller, and working on perfecting his topspin backhand.
Paul Grassie

Paul has held various roles within the independent electronics distribution space spanning almost two decades. During this time, he has reshaped various sales organizations’ strategies both domestic and international, helping to position for long-term growth and hedge against risk in a rapidly changing technology manufacturing space. Paul manages all customer and supplier facing functions at Spectrum including purchasing, sales and marketing. Away from the office, Paul enjoys traveling, trying to master low country golf courses, and spending time with family and friends.

Vishal’s passion for technology can be traced back to building computers with his brother as a child. He pairs this interest in the industry with an innate ability to relate to people, which he uses as the basis for his role in Sales Operations with Spectrum Sourcing. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys following Formula 1, running, and watching too much Netflix.

As the first employee, Diane has worn many hats during her time at Spectrum Sourcing. She truly enjoys the diversity of her job and strives to provide customer satisfaction and excellence in everything she does. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three kids and her dog Milly.

Sylvia joined Spectrum Sourcing in 2017 as an International Buyer focused on the Asian region. Her previous experience with Samsung and Lenovo provides exceptional market understanding around what customers expect from a world class distributor. Quality is number one, and Sylvia works closely with our supply chain to ensure that vendors are providing the best quality product at a price that our customers need. Sylvia holds a bachelors degree in International Business from the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and a Masters of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Salford. In her free time, she enjoys badminton and nature painting.

Mabel Hsieh

Born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Mabel joined Spectrum Sourcing Taiwan full time in March 2022 as a International Trader. She has a masters degree in Public Administration from California State University Long Beach. Mabel enjoys traveling and learning. She has lived in Japan, Spain, the United States, and returned back to Taiwan three years ago. Mabel enjoys spending her spare time watching movies and hanging out with friends and family.
Jordan McLane

Jordan was born In Rochester, New York, but has spent most of his life in the Charleston low country. He attended Trident Technical College and received his degree in business administration. When out of the office, you will mostly find Jordan practicing a draw with his irons on the golf course, wind in the hair on a boat with his girlfriend and dog, or finessing his wrist shot into an upper corner of the net on the hockey ice.

Originally from the Boston area, Connor is a recent graduate of College of Charleston where he majored in Marketing Sales. Connor’s role at Spectrum is servicing our OEM customer base, helping to resolve component shortages and lower production costs. When not in the office he enjoys fishing, golfing, traveling and following the New England Patriots.

Originally from the area, Beth has recently joined the Spectrum Sourcing team as an International Trader in Guadalajara, Mexico. Beth’s experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain will be instrumental in her ability to help manufacturers in the Mexico region solve supply chain issues. With a passion for problem solving and creating value, she’s dedicated to driving success in her role. Outside of work Beth is an avid traveler who enjoys hiking, yoga, and staying active when hanging out with her friends.

A recent graduate from The College of Charleston, Brooke completed a bachelor’s degree in English with minors in marketing and education. Brooke is originally from New York and has always been closely attached to the sales world. Brooke blends her love of storytelling with strategic marketing and sales skills. Outside the office, you could find Brooke reading, trying out a new local restaurant with friends, or cooking at home with her girlfriend.

Jack is from Delaware and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Major in Public Health and a minor in Business Administration. Outside of the office, Jack is a coach at F45 Training. When Jack is not working or coaching, Jack enjoys morning workouts, traveling to new places, cooking with his girlfriend, and hanging out with friends.

As a recent graduate of College of Charleston with a major in communications and a minor in marketing, Andrew worked as a sales intern at Spectrum before joining the team in a full time OEM sales role. Andrew, originally from Richmond, VA; enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with friends.

Lupita is originally from Jalisco, Mexico, and has a degree in International Business. With 16 years of experience in the electronic industry, Lupita has worked in purchasing, supply chain, and sales. Her previous roles at Sanmina and other manufacturers gives her an excellent perspective of the challenges our customers face each day. We look forward to having Lupita join our team as an International Trader. When Lupita is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves traveling to new places.

Bryant attended Appalachian State University, where he found his love for technology and tinkering. This has helped him evolved into a role with Spectrum Sourcing, heading the testing environment and playing a large role in the operations and quality teams. On the weekends Bryant enjoys heading down to his favorite fishing spot or going for a nice hike with his pitbull, Daisy.

Charles was born and raised in the Raleigh area; he attended East Carolina University majoring in Business Management. Prior to joining the sales team, Charles worked as a multi-year intern gaining experience in many different areas of the company. When not in the office, you can find Charles fishing, playing the guitar, or golfing with friends.
